Rujuta Vaidya founder of IBDF will be at all the workshop. She is a disciple of Saroj Khan and has choreographed for many artists and projects including the "Jai Ho" Slumdog Millionaire performance at the Oscars for AR Rahman and John Legend, the Britney Spear 2009 "Circus" Tour, Oprah Winfrey's Oscar special, the E! Network "Morning Show", the Black Eyed Peas 2010 tour, Subway commercial and currently the AR Rahman "The Journey Home" 2010 World Tour. Rujuta is the first Indian from the US to ever choreograph for an Indian tour. She is also one of the first Indians to ever do choreography for Disney, during The Cheetah Girls "One World" movie. Rujuta who is Saroj Khan's(Bollywoods legendary choreographer) only disciple here in the US, currently shuttles back and forth between NY,LA and Mumbai choreographing for both Hollywood and Bollywood production

Please bring light non-messy snacks and wear comfortable dance wear. No street shoes allowed. Dance barefoot or jazz shoes or lyrical paws. Bring plenty of water or sports drink. Please note that cameras are not allowed on premises. We will have professional photographer on site as well as volunteers to cover the event.

Session Description
Aaja Nachle is for ages 18 and above coed. These have been designed for the non-dancers and no experience is required. This workshop is geared towards those who just love to dance but are not necessarily trained dancers. We encourage couples to come together to enjoy a fun night out! However, a “couple” can mean you come with a friend and get the rate of $150.

FAQ
1. How do I register?
There are two ways to register. Pay on Sulekha and email us the registration form (ibdf.nyc@gmail.com). You need to include the sulekha paid receipt # on your form.
OR
mail us a check and the completed form to the address provided in the form.
2. How do I guarantee my spot?
You must see a confirmation email from us to ensure your spot is reserved. We will send you confirmation after we have received your payment and form via either of the above mentioned methods. We can hold a spot for you however, since it is first come-first serve, we are unable to guarantee it if there are other paid registrants interested.
3. What if the class is full?
To ensure the best attention to all students we have limited the spots in each session. Register now, it's on a first come first serve basis. We will start a wait list once the class is filled. You do not need to pay for being wait listed, just send us an email to ibdf.nyc@gmail.com
4. Are the classes open to all?
There are various sessions available based on your dance experience and ages. The sessions are open to dancers from all genres.
